Swoon Thursday { 45 } The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli

Swoon Thursday is a weekly feature hosted by #YABound
in which we share something that made us swoon in the
book we're currently reading or recently finished.

This week I'm featuring The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli!

Her fingers followed the arch of his throat, running slowly upward, over his jaw, across his cheekbones.
He dropped the lute and stepped in close. So close, Asha could almost taste the salt on his skin.
He dug his fingers into her hair and tilted her head back. And then, with his eyes burning into hers, he kissed her. Gently at first. Then harder. Like he was hungry and Asha was the only one who could satisfy his craving.
Asha grabbed the collar of his shirt and kissed him back, hungrier and clumsier than he was. Torwin grabbed her waist, pulling her to him.

Funny story: I didn't recently finish this nor did am I currently reading this! I actually wasn't going to post a swoon today because none of the books I'm reading had a swoony scene. Then my friend reminded me of this book and I was like. How can I not?

Anyway. ANYWAY. I love this scene. I love these two lovesick dorks. I LOVE THIS BOOK.
